The Kryptonite KryptoLok 685 Folding Lock Black is a reliable and durable lock that provides moderate security for your bike. The lock features 5mm hardened steel links that can withstand cutting and prying attempts, making it a great choice for urban areas with moderate theft risk.
The lock comes with an easy-to-install transport bracket that allows you to carry it with you wherever you go. The bracket can be mounted on your bike frame, making it convenient to transport the lock without having to carry it in a backpack or bag.
The Kryptonite KryptoLok 685 Folding Lock Black also comes with two keys, so you can keep one as a spare in case you lose the other. Additionally, the lock is part of the Key Safe Program, which allows you to register your keys online and get a replacement in case you lose them.
The lock has a length of 85cm, making it suitable for locking your bike to a variety of objects, such as bike racks, poles, and fences. It weighs 2.35 lbs (1066g), which is relatively lightweight for a lock of this size and strength.
Kryptonite has created an offer of anti-theft protection associated with all its locks (ATPO). This is a programme created in 1978 that reimburses a specific amount to customers registered to the programme if their bike has been stolen by opening or breaking the lock. ATPO is not a bicycle insurance and is not subject to any insurance company. The offer is made by Kryptonite.

Kryptonite is possibly the most relevant padlock brand in the world thanks to its wide selection of anti-theft devices and because of the extreme quality they give to all their products allowing protection for all bicycles. There are different types according to each need: U-locks, cables, chains, combination locks, etc. All this has given the brand numerous awards and has allowed it to distribute its locks, both for bikes and motorcycles, from its headquarters in Canton (Massachusetts, USA) to the whole world.
We at Santafixie recommend the use of professional padlocks. It is better to invest in a good lock than to regret the theft of your bike. At least one U-shaped lock, and even better: two (one for the frame and rear wheel and another for the frame and front wheel). This way it is practically impossible for your bike to be stolen.

The returned product(s) must be in new condition and, if possible, with its original packaging. The use of the product should not go beyond the verification of its new condition and functioning upon receipt. If this is not the case once we have received your return, the product or products could suffer a depreciation of its original value, or in extreme cases the return would not be accepted.
In the case of bicycles, in no case will we accept a return with traces of use, scratches, mounting marks, dirt on the tires, damage caused by improper packaging or any other type of damage that makes it impossible to put the bike back on sale. We will check that it is in perfect condition and with the seals intact. If Santafixie detects any damage it reserves the right not to accept the return. If the bicycle is not accepted and needs to be returned, it will be sent back to the buyer at the customer's expense.
