In Spanish, Aventón means 'to give a ride' or 'a push' and that is exactly what Aventon's mission is - to push bike technology and affordability to a whole new level. Aventon strives to offer a comfortable and high-performance cycling experience while still maintaining high-quality workmanship and competitive pricing to serve cycling enthusiasts.
Aventon Bikes is one of the few companies in this market that owns and directly controls their own manufacturing, Aventon has complete creative manipulation over frame innovation and design using hydro-forming technology, top-of-the-line flat position welding, hand polishing, and low temperature painting.
Hydroforming is a special technique that uses hydraulic pumps to inject fluid at very high pressure inside the aluminum which causes it to expand until it matches the mold. Hydroformed parts are made with a higher stiffness-to-weight ratio and it allows the aluminum to be shaped into a structurally strong piece for greater strength.
This bicycle comes in a well protected box, about 80% assembled. The most complicated is already mounted from the factory and the rest is quite easy to do. You will have to place the front wheel, the pedals, the saddle and adjust the handlebar.
At the top you will see a video where one of our mechanics explains in a few simple steps how to correctly assemble this. If you do not feel confident to finish the assembly, we recommend you take the bicycle to a nearby bicycle store/workshop for a specialist to complete the bicycle build.
