Track your shipment

If you have placed an order through Santafixie, your purchase will be delivered by UPS or FedEx.
Here is a brief explanation of how to check on the status of your order and track your shipment:

If you have placed an order through Santafixie, as soon as we have prepared and dispatched your purchase from our warehouse, you’ll receive an automated e-mail with the tracking number so you can follow your shipment and see when it will be delivered. This service is free of charge :)

If there is no one home to accept the package when the delivery person arrives, you’ll receive an e-mail notifying you that they have attempted to deliver your order.

If someone else accepts the package from the delivery person, you’ll receive an e-mail notifying you that your order has been delivered.
