Exchange & Returns of Bicycles

 

We do our best to make sure the bicycles are exactly as described on the website. It does occasionally happen that the bicycles may not be exactly what you imagined it to be, maybe the size wasn't right for you, which means that you would like to return or exchange the bicycle.

Within 30 days of having received your bicycle, you are able to either return or exchange your bicycle. The bicycle will only be accepted if it is in as new condition. Should the bicycle arrive with scratches/signs of use, or incomplete, we will not be able to refund you everything, and the costs of replacing the damaged, incomplete or used parts will be deducted from the total.

The bicycle must be sent back in a well protected box, to limit the risk of damage during transport back to us. The best option is to send it back in the original box. If the bicycle is received by us in bad packaging, or the bicycle received scratches/damage due to bad packaging, we will not accept the return, and the bicycle will be sent back to you at your cost.

What we ask to be able to set everything in motion is the following, which can be emailed to [email protected]

· Your order number, bicycle model, contact information and date you received the bicycle.
· A brief and accurate description of the reason for returning/exchanging the bicycle.
· Pictures of the bicycle, so we can confirm in what condition it has been sent back to us;
the more you send us the better it is to keep you fully informed.
· If the bicycle arrived with damages upon you receiving it, please send detailed pictures of the faults.

Once we have received all the information, been able to evaluate the condition and reason of returning the bicycle, we will contact you to go through the next steps of returning or exchanging the bicycle.
