I think that the price of a product does not justify sending it to you poorly assembled. In any case, it costs about ten euros to adjust it in a bike workshop. I don't know if it's something that usually happens or it was my specific wheel. In any case, I recommend it without any doubt for urban or classic road bikes, they are hard and quite beautiful.
