The chain wax contains a PTFE additive that helps to reduce friction, making your ride even smoother.
When applying the Wend Wax-On Chain Wax, we recommend completely degreasing the chain before use. Shake the bottle well and apply the wax to the rollers on the inner side of the dry chain while turning the cranks. When all links are completely white, you can stop adding the lube. Do not wipe it off, let it dry completely before riding, especially in wet conditions. We advise against lubing just before riding, even if you lubed the chain the previous day.

The returned product(s) must be in new condition and, if possible, with its original packaging. The use of the product should not go beyond the verification of its new condition and functioning upon receipt. If this is not the case once we have received your return, the product or products could suffer a depreciation of its original value, or in extreme cases the return would not be accepted.
In the case of bicycles, in no case will we accept a return with traces of use, scratches, mounting marks, dirt on the tires, damage caused by improper packaging or any other type of damage that makes it impossible to put the bike back on sale. We will check that it is in perfect condition and with the seals intact. If Santafixie detects any damage it reserves the right not to accept the return. If the bicycle is not accepted and needs to be returned, it will be sent back to the buyer at the customer's expense.
