Spray.bike Metal Plating Brass Gold is the perfect product for anyone looking to give their bike frame a luxurious, high-quality finish. With a sizeable 400ml bottle, users have enough to paint their entire frame with ease. The product's brass/gold color delivers a classic, elegant look that will turn heads on any ride.

Thanks to its exceptional quality and high real metal content (aluminum and zinc), this product provides a light satin finish that will make your bike stand out from the crowd. You can use it directly onto existing paints, and it dries in just two hours to create a hard metal paint layer that will protect your bike frame from scrapes and scratches.

This product is suitable for use on raw metal/carbon surfaces, but it's essential to use the appropriate primer spray first. To provide long-lasting protection from harsh weather elements, it's recommended to use the Frame Builder's Transparent Finish on top. Due to the high metal content, using a mouth and nose mask is also strongly advised when using this product.

Instructions for use:

• Ensure surface is clean and dry.
• Wear protective gloves, protective clothing, eye/face protection.
• Always paint in an open space in the open air.
• Optimal temperature for spraying: 20-25°C. Do not use Spray.Bike if the temperature is below 10°C or above 35°C, or if relative humidity is above 75%.
• Shake can for at least 3 minutes before use.
• Test spray for 2-3 seconds prior to application.
• Spray distance: at least 20 cm.
• When spraying, keep hand moving at all times.
• Allow to dry (touch dry: 10 minutes, complete cure: 2 hours).
• At end, turn can upside down and spray for 2 seconds before storing.
• Protect can from sunlight and temperatures exceeding 50°C/122°F.

Spray.Bike is a collaboration between three different companies: Brick Lane Bikes – a major international manufacturer, retailer and wholesaler in the bike industry, based in London. Vicious Cycles Athens – an urban bike workshop in the centre of Athens, Greece. Cosmos Lac – a high-tech paint manufacturer based in Greece.

Spray.Bike was created out of frustration with existing products. if you’re not an experienced pro, metal or car spray paint is so utterly difficult to use on bikes. At VCA, while trying to repair a damaged frame using a standard RAL spray, we were so disappointed with the results that we phoned up the manufacturer, which happened to be Cosmos Lac. “Well what do you want the paint to do?” was the reply. After 2 years of development, Spray.Bike is the answer.
