In a perfect combination of utility and design, the aluminum frame of the Urbano16 is smooth driving and supports a load of up to 120kg. Moreover, thanks to its 17kg weight and its engine, with up to 3 speeds, there is no point resisting it.
The folding system will allow you to store it quietly in a corner, optimizing your time to the maximum, and the removable battery of up to 50 km of autonomy will give you extra functionality, charging it comfortably anywhere.
The battery is integrated in the box to protect it against moisture, short circuits and impacts from the ground. It also has a USB port with Power Bank function and LED indicators of position and charge, so that people never take their eye off you.

Our main objective is customer satisfaction, so if someone is not satisfied with their order, you have up to 30 days to return it.

The returned product(s) must be in new condition and, if possible, with its original packaging. The use of the product should not go beyond the verification of its new condition and functioning upon receipt. If this is not the case once we have received your return, the product or products could suffer a depreciation of its original value, or in extreme cases the return would not be accepted.
In the case of bicycles, in no case will we accept a return with traces of use, scratches, mounting marks, dirt on the tires, damage caused by improper packaging or any other type of damage that makes it impossible to put the bike back on sale. We will check that it is in perfect condition and with the seals intact. If Santafixie detects any damage it reserves the right not to accept the return. If the bicycle is not accepted and needs to be returned, it will be sent back to the buyer at the customer's expense.
