The QL2.1 system makes it easy to attach to racks up to 16 mm in diameter, and an additional mounting hook ensures the bag stays securely in place. Featuring an integrated inside pocket and shoulder straps, this pannier bag set is both convenient and versatile during your ride.
The Ortlieb Back Roller Classic QL2.1 Pannier Bag set also comes with spacers for tube diameters of 8, 10, and 12 mm, and highly reflective 3M Scotchlite reflectors for added safety in low light conditions. Weighing just 2 x 925g and with a volume of 20L per bag, this set is lightweight yet capacious.
In 1982, Hartmut Ortlieb founded ORTLIEB Sportartikel GmbH in Nuremberg, Germany. The first ORTLIEB bike panniers were created in pure personal need for waterproof equipment. ORTLIEB’s first products were hand-made on his mother’s sewing machine: dry bags and bicycle panniers made of truck tarps.
In the meantime, the company has more than 140 employees, and ORTLIEB’s collection has grown to include over 500 individual products. Even today, everything is located under one roof: from development and design to engineering, production, sales, marketing, and shipment.

The returned product(s) must be in new condition and, if possible, with its original packaging. The use of the product should not go beyond the verification of its new condition and functioning upon receipt. If this is not the case once we have received your return, the product or products could suffer a depreciation of its original value, or in extreme cases the return would not be accepted.
In the case of bicycles, in no case will we accept a return with traces of use, scratches, mounting marks, dirt on the tires, damage caused by improper packaging or any other type of damage that makes it impossible to put the bike back on sale. We will check that it is in perfect condition and with the seals intact. If Santafixie detects any damage it reserves the right not to accept the return. If the bicycle is not accepted and needs to be returned, it will be sent back to the buyer at the customer's expense.
