The Jitensha Tokyo Single Speed Bike is a premium quality cycling product that is designed to cater to the needs of modern-day cyclists. With its sleek and stylish appearance, this bike boasts a Cr-Mo 4130 Double Butted Alloy frame that provides an ideal balance of low weight and durability. The Cr-Mo 4130 Alloy hi-resistance and flexibility fork also offers a remarkable level of support, ensuring you have a comfortable and smooth ride every time.
The bike's Neco Sealed cartridge 68mm x 107mm bottom bracket and Neoclassic 48T*165mm crankset guarantee that the bike delivers optimal performance on every ride. Plus, its Dicta 18T freewheel, Wellgo Aluminum and Cr-Mo sealed bearing pedals, and Aluminum 263g hubs provide adequate support and stability when you're travelling at high speeds.
The Jitensha Tokyo Single Speed Bike is also equipped with an Aluminum 6061 alloy stem, 80mm extension, angle -20°, diameter 25,4mm, and Jitensha design Aluminum 6061 alloy handlebars, ensuring a comfortable and stable grip as you ride. With Dual Pivot, quick release forging Aluminum brakes, you have the assurance of safe and efficient stopping power, no matter your cycling environment.

This bicycle comes in a well protected box, about 80% assembled. The most complicated is already mounted from the factory and the rest is quite easy to do. You will have to place the front wheel, the pedals, the saddle and adjust the handlebar.
At the top you will see a video where one of our mechanics explains in a few simple steps how to correctly assemble this. If you do not feel confident to finish the assembly, we recommend you take the bicycle to a nearby bicycle store/workshop for a specialist to complete the bicycle build.

Our main objective is customer satisfaction, so if someone is not satisfied with their order, you have up to 30 days to return it.
We recommend that before making the return, you get in touch with us through email: orders [at] santafixie [dot] com.
The returned product(s) must be in new condition and, if possible, with its original packaging. The use of the product should not go beyond the verification of its new condition and functioning upon receipt. If this is not the case once we have received your return, the product or products could suffer a depreciation of its original value, or in extreme cases the return would not be accepted.
In the case of bicycles, in no case will we accept a return with traces of use, scratches, mounting marks, dirt on the tires, damage caused by improper packaging or any other type of damage that makes it impossible to put the bike back on sale. We will check that it is in perfect condition and with the seals intact. If Santafixie detects any damage it reserves the right not to accept the return. If the bicycle is not accepted and needs to be returned, it will be sent back to the buyer at the customer's expense.
