The Velocity Deep V CNC Fixie Wheelset is designed with precise spacing of 100mm front and 120mm rear, and is compatible with 12-622 (700c) tires. Plus, it weighs just 1.15 kgs for the rear wheel and 1 kg for the front wheel, ensuring a lightweight experience with every ride.

Sealed hubs and a rear hub flip/flop (fixed/free) make this wheelset versatile, while easy installation allows you to get back on the road or track in no time. Please note that rim tape is not included, so be sure to purchase that separately if needed.

You can mount 23, 25 or 28 tires and will need a 48mm-valve inner tube. And it is crucial you mount a rim strip between the tire and the inner tube to reduce or prevent punctures.

Velocity was founded by Tom Black just outside of Brisbane, Australia in 1989. In 1991 we introduced our first aluminum rim, the Aero. Velocity set itself apart by offering a variety of rim drillings, sizes, and colors for the custom wheel builder. Our reputation was formed by providing an exellently manufactured and high quality product, with service and flexibility that is unmatched.

In 1998 we began to produce fully built wheels using cleverly sourced high end components paired to Velocity rims. Many generations of high end, fully customizable wheels later, The Wheel Department was formed in Grand Rapids, Michigan near the beginning of 2011. In January 2012 we packed up our Australian facility and moved it to Jacksonville, Florida. All rims are now proudly made in the United States.
